Everything you need to know about using DigiTracks to automate your digital marketing, grow organic traffic, and generate more leads for your business.

Getting Started

DigiTracks is an all-in-one AI-powered digital marketing platform. It combines six core modules — SEO Audits, Keyword Tracking, Content Engine, Backlink Discovery, Lead Capture, and Smart Reports — into a single dashboard.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Create an account — Sign up for a free 14-day trial. No credit card required.
  2. Create your first campaign — Click "New Campaign" from the dashboard. Enter your website URL, business name, and business niche.
  3. Add keywords — Go to the SEO module and add the keywords you want to track. You can also let AI suggest keywords based on your domain.
  4. Run your first SEO audit — Select a campaign and click "Run Audit." The AI bot will analyze your website and generate a detailed report within seconds.
  5. Explore the dashboard — Your dashboard shows real-time stats across all modules. Campaign performance charts, AI bot status, and key metrics are all visible at a glance.

Tip

The dashboard only shows data from campaigns you've created. If you just signed up and haven't created any campaigns yet, the stats will show zeros — this is expected behavior, not an error.

Campaigns

Campaigns are the foundation of DigiTracks. Each campaign represents a website or project you want to market. All SEO audits, keywords, backlinks, content, leads, and reports are organized under campaigns.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns from the sidebar or click "New Campaign" on the dashboard.
  2. Enter the campaign name (e.g., "My Business Website").
  3. Enter the domain (e.g., mybusiness.com).
  4. Optionally add a description and business niche.
  5. Click Create Campaign.

Campaign Dashboard

Each campaign has its own detail page showing:

  • Total keywords tracked, backlinks found, and content posts
  • Latest SEO audit results and scores
  • Recent leads captured from this campaign
  • Quick actions to run audits, add keywords, or generate content

SEO Audits

The SEO Audit module automatically analyzes your website for technical SEO issues, on-page optimization, and performance metrics. Each audit produces a score from 0-100 and a prioritized list of issues to fix.

Running an Audit

  1. Go to the SEO page from the sidebar.
  2. Select a campaign from the dropdown.
  3. Enter the URL you want to audit (or leave blank for the campaign's main domain).
  4. Click "Run Audit".
  5. The AI bot processes the page and returns results within seconds.

Keyword Tracking

Track how your website ranks for important search terms. DigiTracks monitors your keyword positions daily and alerts you to significant changes.

Adding Keywords

  1. Go to the SEO page and scroll to the keywords section.
  2. Select a campaign, then enter your keyword and optional search volume.
  3. Click "Add Keyword" to start tracking.

AI Citation Tracking

DigiTracks uniquely tracks whether AI search engines (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview) cite your website when users ask about your tracked keywords. This helps you understand your visibility in the AI-driven search era.

AI Content Engine

Generate high-quality, SEO-optimized content using GPT-4. The content engine can create blog posts, product descriptions, landing page copy, meta descriptions, and social media content.

Creating Content Manually

  1. Go to Content from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Create Post".
  3. Select a campaign, enter a title, and write your content.
  4. Set status (draft, scheduled, or published) and optional SEO meta description.
  5. Click Save.

AI Content Generation

  1. On the Content create page, use the "Generate with AI" panel.
  2. Enter a topic or title for your post.
  3. Optionally specify keywords, preferred tone (professional, casual, persuasive), and word count.
  4. Click "Generate". The AI creates a full article in seconds.
  5. Review, edit if needed, then publish or schedule.

Site Analyzer

The Site Analyzer provides a comprehensive, real-time analysis of any website. Unlike basic SEO checkers, it performs deep inspection of performance, security, technology stack, broken links, and estimated traffic — all in one report.

How It Works

  1. Enter any website URL in the analyzer form.
  2. The AI bot fetches the page, measures real load time, and parses the full HTML document.
  3. It checks up to 30 links on the page for broken links using HEAD requests with GET fallback.
  4. Results appear instantly with 7 analysis tabs.

Accuracy & Methodology

DigiTracks does not use random data. All metrics are calculated from real signals:

  • Domain Authority — Based on SSL certificate, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, security headers (X-Frame-Options, CSP, HSTS), social media presence, CDN usage, and analytics integration
  • Traffic Estimate — Derived from DA score, internal/external link count, sitemap availability, and social presence using an industry-standard formula
  • Worth Estimate — Calculated from monthly traffic × value-per-visitor (adjusted by SEO score), following digital advertising industry benchmarks
  • Broken Links — Each link is checked with HTTP HEAD request first, then GET fallback for servers that block HEAD. Actual HTTP status codes (404, 403, 500, etc.) are displayed

Keyword Analyzer

The Keyword Analyzer is a dedicated research tool for discovering keyword opportunities. Analyze any keyword to get search volume, difficulty, CPC estimates, competition level, trends, related keywords, SERP features, and AI-powered suggestions.

Analyzing a Keyword

  1. Go to Keywords from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Research Keyword".
  3. Enter a keyword or phrase (e.g., "digital marketing agency").
  4. Select a country and optionally link to a campaign.
  5. Click "Analyze Keyword" — results appear instantly.

Metrics Explained

Search VolumeEstimated monthly searches. Calculated using keyword length, industry patterns, and intent signals
DifficultyHow hard it is to rank (Easy / Medium / Hard). Based on volume, word count, and commercial intent

How the AI Analysis Works

The keyword analyzer uses heuristic algorithms rather than external API calls. This means results are instant and cost-free. The system employs:

  • Word-count analysis — Shorter keywords (1-2 words) tend to have higher volume and difficulty than long-tail keywords (3+ words)
  • Industry pattern matching — Keywords containing words like "insurance," "lawyer," "mortgage" get higher CPC estimates based on known industry benchmarks
  • Intent classification — Keywords are classified as commercial ("buy," "price," "cheap"), informational ("how to," "what is," "guide"), or navigational
  • Deterministic hashing — CRC32 hash ensures the same keyword always produces the same volume estimate, maintaining data consistency

Social Media Hub

Manage all your social media accounts from a single dashboard. Connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and carousels across multiple platforms at once.

Connecting Accounts

  1. Go to Social Hub from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Connect Account".
  3. Select the platform, enter your account name/handle, and optionally add a profile URL.
  4. Click "Connect Account" to add it.

Creating a Cross-Platform Post

  1. Click "New Post".
  2. Write your content in the composer.
  3. Select which platforms to post to (multiple selection).
  4. Choose the media type: text, image, video, reel, story, or carousel.
  5. Add hashtags (comma-separated).
  6. Optionally schedule the post for a future date/time.
  7. Link it to a campaign for tracking.

Ad Campaign Manager

Create and manage sponsored ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat. Track performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS from a unified dashboard.

Creating an Ad Campaign

  1. Go to Ad Manager from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Create Ad Campaign".
  3. Set the campaign name, objective, and platforms.
  4. Choose an ad type (image, video, carousel, story, reel).
  5. Write your ad copy, headline, and select a call to action.
  6. Set daily/total budget and date range.
  7. Click "Create Campaign".

Track and manage potential customers from first contact to conversion. DigiTracks provides lead scoring, pipeline management, and AI-powered outreach to help you close more deals.

  1. Go to Leads from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Add Lead".
  3. Enter the lead's name, email, phone (optional), company, and source (organic, referral, paid, social, email, other).
  4. Assign a lead score (0-100) based on how qualified they are.

AI Outreach

Send personalized outreach emails powered by AI:

  1. Open a lead's detail page.
  2. Click "Send Outreach".
  3. Enter a subject line and message body (or let AI craft one for you).

Reports & Export

Generate comprehensive marketing reports that combine data from all modules. Reports can be exported as branded PDFs — perfect for client deliverables or internal reviews.

Generating a Report

  1. Go to Reports from the sidebar.
  2. Select a campaign to report on.
  3. Optionally set a date range for the report period.
  4. Click "Generate Report".

PDF Export

Click the "Export PDF" button on any report to download a professionally formatted PDF. Agency plan users can customize the report branding with their logo and color scheme.

AI Bots — How They Work

DigiTracks runs autonomous AI bots that power every module. Understanding how they work helps you get the most from the platform.

Bot Architecture

Each bot is a Laravel Job that runs through the queue system. When you trigger an action (like "Analyze Website" or "Research Keyword"), the bot executes immediately using synchronous dispatch. Scheduled bots run automatically at configured intervals.

No External APIs Required

Most bots use heuristic algorithms and direct HTTP analysis rather than paid third-party APIs. This means instant results with zero API costs. The system fetches real web pages, parses HTML, and applies industry-standard scoring formulas.

Triggered on demand. Fetches the target URL with a real User-Agent header, measures load time with microtime(), parses the entire HTML document, extracts all links, checks up to 30 for broken status, detects the technology stack (CMS, frameworks, analytics, CDN, ecommerce), calculates SEO/performance/security scores, estimates Domain Authority from real signals (SSL, sitemap, robots.txt, security headers, social presence, CDN, analytics), and computes traffic and worth estimates using industry formulas.

Keyword Analysis Bot

Triggered on demand. Uses heuristic algorithms: word-count analysis determines base volume, industry pattern matching adjusts CPC (e.g., "insurance" and "lawyer" keywords get higher CPC based on real industry data), intent classification (commercial vs informational vs navigational), deterministic CRC32 hashing ensures consistent results, 12-month trend distribution modeling, SERP feature prediction, and AI-powered content strategy suggestions.

Social Media Bot

Manages cross-platform posting. Creates posts for multiple platforms simultaneously, handles scheduling, tracks post status (draft → scheduled → published), and organizes content by campaign.

Ad Campaign Bot

Manages ad campaigns across 8 platforms. Tracks performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, ROAS), manages budgets, handles campaign lifecycle (draft → active → paused → completed).

SEO Audit Bot

Runs every 6 hours. Scans campaign URLs for technical SEO issues, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and content optimization opportunities.

Backlink Discovery Bot

Runs daily. Automatically discovers new backlinks pointing to your campaigns and finds link-building prospects from competitor analysis. All discovered backlinks are stored against the associated campaign for tracking.

Content Generator Bot

Runs on demand. Generates SEO-optimized articles, meta descriptions, and social content using GPT-4. Supports multiple content types and tones.

Lead Outreach Bot

Runs every 4 hours. Sends queued AI-crafted outreach emails to leads and tracks delivery/open status.

Campaign Data Tracking

Every bot stores data against the associated campaign. When you run a website analysis, keyword research, or create an ad campaign, you can link it to a campaign. This means:

  • All website analyses for a campaign are tracked and compared over time
  • All keyword research data is stored and accessible per campaign
  • All backlinks discovered are automatically associated with the right campaign
  • All social posts and ad campaigns can be linked for unified reporting

Bot Status Indicators

"Active" means a bot is currently processing. "Idle" means it's waiting for its next run. Both are normal. You can view the AI Bots Active indicator in the header bar at all times.

DigiTracks uses role-based access control to manage what each user can see and do.
